Peep 2

And yet, as angels in some brighter dreams
Call to the soul when man doth sleep,
So some strange thoughts transcend our wonted themes,
And into glory peep.

-Henry Vaughan in "They are All Gone"
Commentary
Often compared with Dali's "Disintegration of the Persistence of Memory," Peep 2 captures the essence of peepness in its most nascent form. The peep has risen, and it is now regressing back into the primordial ooze. At the same time it is both frightening and beautiful. The chaos of the disintegration of the peep is in sharp contrast to the order presented by the blue and red circles. Indeed, this is the most perfect bookend of the original peep series--Peep 0 captures the emergence of peepness, while Peep 2 provides closure.
