Peep Art!

A homage to Those yellow and sticky Confections

Fall on me like a silent dew,
Or like those maiden showers
Which, by the peep of day, do strew
A baptism o'er the flowers.

-Robert Herrick in "To Music, to Becalm his Fever"
Commentary
It is rare when an artist's first attempt at a new medium reaches such a sublime level. The peaceful repose of the peep is counterpointed with swirling lines of blue and red, suggestive of Picasso in his Blue period. The masterful use of music club stickers highlights the ambiguousness of this piece (few artists have the means to juxtapose The Police with John Lennon with Zamfir). This work will forever point the direction for other peep artists to aspire.
